The Manager of Organizational Development develops and implements comprehensive orientation programs for both clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices. Facilitates ongoing professional development opportunities including workshops and training sessions to enhance staff competencies. Utilize evidence-based practices to maintain compliance with Joint Commission standards and other regulatory requirements. Provides oversight and guidance to internal Residency Program, ensuring the program's effectiveness in developing future healthcare professionals. Cultivate collaborative relationships with colleges/universities to support recruitment efforts and establish partnerships for ongoing education and training initiatives.

Required Education :

North Carolina Registered Nurse License or compact state licensure. Bachelor's degree (BSN) Required

Master's degree strongly Preferred.

Required Skills:

Minimum of 4 years of proven experience teaching and education management, preferably in healthcare education required. Strong understanding of evidence-based practices and performance improvement methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of Joint Commission standards and other regulatory requirements pertaining to healthcare organizations.

Required License/Certifications:

AHA Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are required. BLS, ACLS, and PALS instructor certification within six months of hire.
