About ECU Health Physicians
ECU Health Physicians is multi-specialty group with over 600 providers in more than 140 primary and specialty clinics across more than 110 locations in eastern North Carolina.
Position Summary
* The Panel Manager is responsible for care management for ambulatory patients.
* They work to manage patients preventive care needs, flag those at risk, improve quality of care and help bridge the gap between clinician and patient.
* The Panel Manager may also engage in traditional staff nurse work within the ambulatory setting.
Minimum Requirements
* Diploma in Nursing, Associates in Nursing or higher is required.
* BSN Preferred- or higher.
* Current NC RN license or licensure to practice in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state Health Care Provider is required.
* American Heart Association Basic Life Support is required.
Other Information
* Location: ECU Health Healthplex - Wilson, NC
* This is a full-time position (40hrs/week) - Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)
* No nights, call or weekends
