The Nurse Educator (RN) integrates evidence-based practice into program development. #Responsible for outcomes of education programs. # Collaborates with approved nursing colleges and universities for departmental/unit clinical experiences.## Availability: 40 Hours a week Shift: 8am-530pm Benefits: Full time/includes 403B Qualifications:# ## Bachelor#s degree in Nursing (BSN) with minimum of two years clinical experience in related area required. Registered nurse (RN) license to practice in NC (NC licensure or multi-state/compact license) required. National Nursing Specialty certification required or obtained within 18 months of hire. Demonstrated work experience and competency in nursing staff development. Demonstrated ability and experience in adult education. Prior experience in educator role preferred. Current knowledge of general and advanced nursing principles, adult education principles, methods, and techniques. # BLS required EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability
