Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify potential export markets, industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Analyze market data, economic indicators, and regulatory factors to assess market viability and opportunities for export growth.
Export Strategy Development:

Develop and implement export strategies, market entry plans, and business development initiatives to penetrate international markets.
Identify target markets, customer segments, distribution channels, and pricing strategies for export products/services.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

Identify and prospect potential clients, distributors, agents, and partners in target export markets.
Lead client meetings, negotiations, and contract discussions to secure export orders, agreements, and partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Export Documentation and Compliance:

Manage export documentation, including shipping documents, customs clearance, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with export laws, trade regulations, sanctions, and export control procedures in all export activities.
Coordinate with logistics, finance, and legal teams to facilitate smooth export operations and mitigate risks.
Sales and Revenue Generation:

Develop sales forecasts, targets, and budgets for export markets, and track progress against sales goals.
Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
Implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing initiatives to drive export sales and revenue growth.
