Ensures area of responsibility is maintained in accordance with Company policies and procedures by properly handling returns; arranging and organizing merchandise; assisting members with locating merchandise.
assisting with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures for different membership and payment types; Assists with securing and safeguarding Sam's Club assets and property by observing and communicating potential criminal activity according to company policies and procedures; Assists with the training of Member Frontline Service associates on company processes and procedures; delivering new program rollout training; and providing continuous learning and process improvement opportunities.

Live Better U is a company paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. The hourly wage range for this position is $17.The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
