Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing Leadership Team and operational leaders to align your sales approach with the property's goals and draft contracts that reflect our sales strategy.
Drive sales revenue by exceeding quarterly and annual targets within your defined sales category.
Deliver exceptional client service by meeting timelines and deliverables for installation, working closely with client partners.
Present our unique offerings to prospective clients and win new business through effective sales methods.
Implement a mix of sales strategies, including an effective outside sales program.
Keep the sales software database updated on a daily or weekly basis, as advised by Sales Management.
Prepare for client appointments by conducting thorough client research, customizing sales materials, and making use of available resources.
Bachelor's degree preferred, although equivalent experience in business-to-business or outside sales, preferably in the hospitality industry, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience will also be considered.
Proven track record of generating new accounts and achieving sales targets.
Strong knowledge of general sales techniques and strategies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
Willingness to travel as required.
Ability to maintain excellent relationships with cross-functional leaders and line level staff while maintaining confidentiality.
