As the Head of Customer Success at StyleAI, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our valued customers. You will lead a team dedicated to building strong relationships, providing exceptional support, and driving adoption of our AI-powered marketing automation platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather customer feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and champion initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.

Develop and execute strategies to drive customer success, retention, and expansion.
- Build and lead a high-performing Customer Success team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support.
- Establish processes for onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure customers derive maximum value from our platform.
- Implement metrics and KPIs to measure customer satisfaction, usage, and retention, and use data-driven insights to inform decisions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key accounts, offering strategic guidance and personalized solutions to help them achieve their marketing objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing automation to continuously improve our offerings.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management roles within a SaaS environment, preferably in the marketing technology space.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, driving customer success, and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, AI technologies, and digital marketing strategies.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
