Bachelor’s degree preferred and 10+ years of related experience in IT, Operations, Finance, or related field.
Deep functional and technical knowledge in ERP applications.
Strong business and customer/client focus.
Proven track record of identifying business improvement opportunities and using technology to add value.
Experience in leading business analysis, requirements gathering, and supporting IT projects.
Demonstrated leadership experience, effective project management, and organizational capabilities.

Hybrid position - 3 days in office (Eden Prairie) & 2 day homes
