Landscape Construction Sales Representative

As a professional at Local Roots, responsibility and trustworthiness are central to maintain a healthy working climate. The Sales Representative should do their part to maintain a positive and respectful relationship with all employees, customers, and external contacts.
The Sales Representative will be primarily responsible for meeting with existing and potential clients. Working with the sales team, design team, and project managers, The Sales Representative effectively communicates the desires of the client to develop aesthetic and accurate project proposals. The Sales Representative will need to keep records of all communications and reports.
Base Salary Plus Commission. (6 paid holidays

Project Bidding: Take the lead on preparing detailed project bids, leveraging your deep understanding of industry standards and client needs to create competitive and attractive proposals.
Custom Landscape Solutions: Work closely with clients to design and propose unique landscaping solutions tailored to their specific requirements, ensuring a high level of personalization and client satisfaction.
Consultative Sales Approach: Employ a consultative sales technique that allows you to advise and guide clients effectively, adding value beyond the traditional sales process.
Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in landscaping and horticulture to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.
Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead Generation and Networking: Proactively generate new leads through effective networking strategies and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Proven experience in sales experience in the construction and/or landscaping industry REQUIRED
~4-Year Bachelor's Degree preferred
~ Strong ability to manage complex sales cycles and project bids.
~ Adept at lead generation and building professional networks.
~ Knowledgeable in landscape design, horticulture, or related fields.
