Job Summary: We're looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager to join our mission-driven, growth-stage behavioral health tech startup. This role is for a product management generalist with a healthcare background. Your expertise in product management, deep user empathy, and passion for creating impactful, user-centric products will be instrumental in helping our company reach our next level of growth.

Responsibilities: Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and market opportunities. Define the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives to drive growth, increase market share, and meet customer needs.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with engineering, data, design, product marketing, client success, and sales teams to ensure the seamless execution of the product roadmap. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Drive alignment and effective communication across teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

Market and User Research: Conduct in-depth research, analyze industry trends, identify customer pain points and opportunities. Gather user feedback through interviews, surveys, and data analysis to gain insights into user behavior, preferences, and needs. Utilize these insights to inform product decisions and drive a user-centric approach to product development.

Product Development and Execution: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch. Define product requirements, create roadmaps, strategy and kick-off materials, and collaborate with build teams to ensure the timely delivery of measurable, high-quality solutions. Employ best practices to drive efficiency and flexibility in product development.

Product Analytics and Optimization: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives. Utilize data and analytics tools to monitor product performance, user engagement, and other success criteria. Continuously iterate on product features and functionality based on data insights to optimize user experience and drive business outcomes.

Competitive Analysis and Market Positioning: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings. Conduct competitive analysis to identify areas of differentiation and strategic partnerships. Leverage market insights to inform product positioning and capitalize on market opportunities.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (including executives and key client partners) to align product strategies with overall business objectives. Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders effectively. Seek input and feedback from stakeholders to drive product success.

Team Mentoring: Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of product managers and cross-functional teams. Foster a culture of excellence, learning, and growth within the product organization. Develop talent, empower team members, and ensure effective collaboration and alignment across teams. Lead by example while embodying NeuroFlow’s leadership principles: humility, caring, integrity, courage, gratitude, inspiration, and purpose-driven.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the healthcare industry, especially with payors and/or providers (behavioral health is a bonus).
  • Consistently familiar with complex B2B dashboard platforms as well as consumer-facing applications (mobile apps, web portals).
  • In-depth understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices, including detailed and organized communication with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, and Data).
  • Track record of successfully leading and launching impactful products that have driven business growth and customer satisfaction, collaborating with Marketing and CS teams to drive usage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills with a proven ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
