Responsibilities:

  1. Product Strategy and Vision: Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for AI/ML products. Lead the development of long-term product roadmaps, aligning with company objectives and market opportunities.

  2. Cross-Functional Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, design, and marketing, to drive product development initiatives. Foster collaboration and alignment across teams to ensure successful product execution.

  3. Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive threats. Identify new opportunities for AI/ML product innovation and differentiation.

  4. Requirements Definition and Prioritization: Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market feedback. Translate user needs into actionable product features and specifications. Make data-driven decisions to prioritize features based on impact and feasibility.

  5. Product Development and Execution: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch. Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements, milestones, and project timelines. Drive product development sprints and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

  6. User Testing and Feedback Analysis: Organize user testing sessions and gather feedback from beta testers, customers, and stakeholders. Analyze user feedback and usage data to iteratively improve product features and enhance user experience.

  7. Stakeholder Management and Communication: Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, executives, and internal teams. Communicate product vision, roadmap plans, and project status to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.

  8. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and product metrics to track product performance and effectiveness. Identify areas for optimization and improvement based on data analysis and market feedback.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications in AI/ML, product management, or related disciplines is preferred.

  2. Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI/ML products. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex AI/ML products throughout the product lifecycle.

  3. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, algorithms, and applications. Proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning concepts. Experience with tools and frameworks such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

  4. Leadership and Collaboration: Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. Proven track record of driving consensus, making tough decisions, and delivering results in a dynamic environment.

  5. Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Comfortable working with complex datasets and deriving actionable insights.

  6. Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
