Vice President Human Resources

Sr. Regional VP of HR – Los Angeles County, CA
Responsibilities:
- with the Divisional VP to formulate and implement the operational strategy of the organization in terms of HR.
- field operations across multiple regions, capable of administering a workforce of management and front-line employees.
- leadership and drive business towards enhanced value and cash flow through operational results. Shaping the customer experience.
- with other departments internally such as Customer Care Center, Marketing, HR, Pricing, Insurance, 3rd Party Management, Real Estate, Acquisitions, and Asset management, to improve and streamline field operations.
- of assets and resources and maintain partnerships with Acquisitions, Real Estate, and 3rd Pary group to facilitate growth in the portfolio.
- and drive additional ancillary businesses across the company portfolio.
- the player/coach role in nurturing the team of field management professionals. Collaborate with HR, ensure an effective organizational structure is established and qualified leaders occupy suitable roles.

Qualifications:
- years of HR experience in retail and/or consumer businesses.
- experience in hospitality, ecommerce, retail, restaurant, car rental, multifamily, groceries, or gaming industries (these are simply suggestions, not limited to these industries).
- working for a public company.
- management experience as well as the ability to employ data analytics expertise to extract consumer insights and identify emerging trends.
- working cross-functionally with other internal teams, as well as senior executives.
- to work with executive leadership and influence strategies for the organization.
