You'll be at the forefront of automating financial reporting, ensuring GAAP compliance, and leading the year-end audit process.


This role reports to the VP of Accounting, who boasts an impressive background in public accounting, including a tenure as a Senior Manager at a Big 4 firm. Additionally, the role will be supported by the CFO, who has a remarkable background in Investment Banking and Private Equity. Lead and manage all accounting activities, including AP/AR, inventory, payroll, and month-end processes.
5% accuracy in financial reporting in line with GAAP, and make it audit-ready.
Manage cash effectively with robust internal controls.
Oversee robust monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and general ledger analyses.
Lead integration of acquisitions into accounting systems.
Implement and monitor internal controls, coordinate with external auditors, and assist in budget planning.
Drive strategic initiatives and process improvements, prepare analytical presentations, and lead various ad-hoc projects.

6+ years of accounting experience, public accounting foundation preferred.
~ Bachelor's in accounting, master’s degree a plus. Familiarity with Sage Intacct and ERP implementations beneficial.
