Join the team that makes a difference DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Partner with operations to generate sales and revenue growth in an assigned territory • Develop strategic new business opportunities by working collaboratively with operations a • Active engagement with customer accounts through weekly calls and routine customer visits • Prioritize tasks for effective time management and efficiency • Provide exceptional customer service by focusing on the quality of customer interactions, efficient processes, and relentless learning of customer’s challenges • Lead communication on growth strategy with the territory and supervisor • Lead proposal/quote process through to win • Collaborate with other TAMs to leverage enterprise customer network • Demonstrate honesty and strong moral principles remaining conscious of spending to drive profitability as well as data integrity • Maintain an active and robust pipeline that shows the path to meeting and exceeding the revenue budget • Prepare and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives • Ensure complete and 80% accuracy EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or a related field is preferred • Three (3) years of experience in sales, management, sales operations, account management, marketing, or a related field is required • Two (2) years of experience in the environmental or industrial service-related industry SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES • Proven track record of ambition and drive • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and act on opportunities for growth • Excellent verbal, non-verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills • Developed problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills • Detailed-oriented and organized for record keeping and time management • Genuine curiosity and active listener • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint • Track and enter data into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool BENEFITS PTO, paid holidays, sick time Medical, dental, vision, life insurances 401(k) with company matching Patriot Environmental Services is an equal opportunity employer (EOE) Check us out online at
