- Description:*
- Opens reception area and office by 8:30 am each day and closes reception area at the end of the day
- Maintains reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- First point of contact for on-site visitors (including deliveries): welcomes, determines nature of business, and announces to appropriate personnel
- Presents a friendly, professional demeanor at all times
- Logs incoming new business submissions for Underwriters in a timely manner
- Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purposes of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or departments in a friendly and professional manner
- Performs backup support to other administrative areas, including but not limited to Loss Runs
- Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, collating, and printing, making appointments for all staff or for specific employees, such as executives
- Handles overnight deliveries and all incoming mail
- Maintains confidentiality in matters pertaining to management
- Other duties as assigned
- Candidate will be responsible for excessive multi-tasking and operating multiple computer systems. This position will require hands on training where the candidates will need to use an intuitive approach to assisting customers and internal employees.
