The UXR team is made of dedicated and talented UI designers, researchers, writers, content designers, and PgMs passionate about creating the best possible experience for our users. Design and conduct a mix of tactical and strategic research across all stages of the product development lifecycle.
Prioritize and drive research that improves user experience and informs the product roadmap.
Lead all aspects of the research process, from planning to execution to communication of the results.
Research experience in any of the following product categories/industries: voice based digital assistant, mobile devices, GenAI would be beneficial.
Track record demonstrating excellent command of research questions within a given domain, and of technical tools for the analysis of data within that field.
UX Research
BA/BS degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Statistics, Psychology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
