We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Director of Pre-Sales & Solution Engineering to join our dynamic team at SymphonyAI Industrial. In this role, you will lead our pre-sales and solution engineering efforts, working closely with our sales teams, product development, and customer success teams to drive business growth and deliver exceptional value to our clients.


Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership : Provide strategic direction and leadership to the pre-sales and solution engineering teams, aligning their efforts with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Pre-Sales Support : Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, develop tailored solutions, and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Solution Engineering : Lead a team of solution engineers to design innovative and scalable solutions that address customer challenges and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Technical Expertise : Maintain deep expertise in SymphonyAI Industrial's products, AI technologies, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions and differentiate our offerings in the market.
  • Customer Engagement : Build strong relationships with key customers, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring successful implementation and adoption of our solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product management, engineering, and customer success teams to provide input on product roadmap, gather customer feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Team Development : Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical sales roles, preferably in the industrial technology sector.
  • Deep expertise in AI and industrial automation solutions.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, with a track record of driving results and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving business value through technology.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and talent development.
