Generate sophisticated reports and queries using Tableau and MS Excel to support the 3PL and the service Fulfillment organization.
Bachelors' degree from an accredited university in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
~3-5 years working experience in warehouse management, 3PL, logistics.
~ Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics including safety procedures and regulations in a warehouse setting.
~ Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably with experience managing third-party contractors.
~ Proficient in MS Excel, Tableau, Oracle ERP.

The Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Manager will be reporting directly to the Sr. Manager Service Operations and will be a key member of the Service Operations team based in Waukesha, WI. In this role, you will be the subject matter authority for the third-party warehouse services, overseeing their operational activities and bridging the relationship with stakeholders within INNIO. In addition you will be providing support and analysis to the overall Service Fulfillment organization. You will play a major role in sourcing, risk assessment, contracting, onboarding, and ongoing monitoring delivery of services in accordance with contract terms and provisions.
You exhibit exceptional analytical and leadership skills, including the ability to set goals, influence and motivate, drive performance, and manage conflict.
