Manage all aspects of G/L, A/P and Inventory including reconciliation of schedules
Assists in General Ledger maintenance
Perform other general office duties as needed Assist in all areas of operation as requested by management
Ensures that necessary controls are in place to safeguard dealership assets
Assists in training and supervising office staff
Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards
Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Verbal and Writing Ability:
Proficient in required mathematical skills, including ability to handle accounts payable.
Duties are performed primarily in the dealership office. Work includes several hours a day analyzing financial records of the dealership, posting accounts, and performing other administrative tasks. The office manager frequently interacts with other employees and members of management.
Computer Skills:
Knowledge of computer systems and proficient keyboard skills.
Project Management - Sets goals and objectives, Develops project plans; Manages project team activities, Develops workable implementation plans; Oral and Written Communication - Speaks and writes clearly and persuasively, Documents work.
Provides regular performance feedback; upholds organizational values, Maintains technical compliance.
Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan (Shows up, Shows up on time, Shows up with their game face on).
Planning/Organizing - Uses time efficiently, sets goals and objectives.
