As we expand our operations to Arizona, we are seeking a Bilingual HR Administrative Assistant who is fluent in both English and Mandarin. This position is important for effectively managing our diverse workforce and ensuring smooth communication across our global teams. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our team and ensure the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Department
  • Compile and update employee records
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc) and take meeting minutes
  • Serve as a point of contact for Mandarin speaking employees and facilitate effective communication between staff and management
  • Translate documents and communications from English to Mandarin and visa versa, ensuring smooth and clear communication within the organization
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an HR administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Qualifications: Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate and translate in a multicultural environment Proven experience as an HR Assistant, or relevant human resources/ administrative position Basic knowledge of labor laws BS degree in Human Resources or related field preferred Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Language: Mandarin (Required) Work Location: In person
