Strategic Business Partnership:
Act as a proactive partner and key resource, supporting leaders in building dynamic, engaged, effective teams.
Develop and implement short and long-term ELT strategies contributing to the company’s growth.
Hire, train, develop, and coach staff for individual, department, and company success.
Talent Attraction and Recruitment:
Strategically lead talent attraction, recruitment, and selection strategies.
Lead development, implementation, and communication of the Fenton employment brand.
Ensure effective and cost-efficient recruitment processes managed by the Lead Recruiter.
Lead and oversee onboarding, performance management, employee development, and training systems.
Oversee promotions, transfers, and employee relations strategies aligned with Fenton values.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and effective execution of the employee opinion survey.
Operations, Systems, and Processes:
Lead strategy and execution of Benefits Program, Payroll Process, 401K, Employee Leaves, and HRIS.
5+ years of senior leadership experience, preferably as the head of Human Resources/Talent Management/People Operations.
~ Demonstrated success in change management and process improvement.
~ Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS experience (UKG preferred), and SharePoint.
~ Strong people management, development, and leadership skills.
~ Technical skills in talent acquisition, leadership and employee development, culture, and effective process improvement.
