Senior Systems Engineering Manager - Propulsion (Onsite)*
This position is a manager for the Systems Engineering team in Mission Systems Ejection & Propulsion department. This manager will lead the systems definition for the Propulsion platforms. They will have accountability over a staff of Systems Engineers and their deliverables to their supported programs. This manager will also support department activities to improve efficiency, ensure predictable execution, and keep talent staff engaged.
This role is eligible for relocation.

*Direct management of engineering team including hiring, career development and mentoring
* Create strategies around customer requirement definition to support platform development.
* Interface with program management and program leads to assure technical goals are achieved.
* 2-4 years of experience in Managing an engineering team and/or System leadership experience.
* Bachelor’s degree (typically in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws / regulations OR Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years’ experience OR In absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience is required

* The salary range for this role is 130,000 USD - 272,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
