In this role you will support the 2nd shift production floor of CCM High Mix in a test engineering capacity. This includes but is not limited to training test operators, troubleshooting test equipment and production hardware, analyzing systemic production failures, etc.

This position involves a high degree of interaction with Test Operators, Quality engineering, process engineering and operations staff, requiring effective organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. 
Work from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to support production testing. 
Troubleshoot failures on CCAs by data analysis and visual inspection.
May have opportunities to be involved in new test set builds.
May be required to take on other duties and responsibilities such as test equipment coordination between internal customers.
Maintain and improve production test procedures as well as review and comment on all production procedures maintained across the production floor. 
Integration of process improvements

Typically requires a Bachelor’s in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree.
~2+ years experience with RF testing equipment
~2+ years experience troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues.
~ S. government issued security clearance is required. S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance


Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills with proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience troubleshooting systems using general test equipment.
Can operate under minimal supervision and works independently.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
