Technical Program Manager (Enterprise Digital Media)
Duration: 18+ month contract (multi-year)
Support programs, projects, and efforts for enterprise digital products, powering advertising and distribution to improve flexibility and efficiency, or delivering entertainment and sports content. Within the Business Operations organization, the Technical Program Manager is responsible for running small through large-scale, complex projects from initiation through post-launch. These initiatives will involve daily hands-on management of technology activities applying Agile and Scrum-based software development practices; Responsible for leading projects using Technology processes, tools, and methodologies, which includes the development of the scope of work and the management of time, cost, risk, and communications. Accountable for driving execution and delivery of multiple technical product or software development projects from start to finish.
Have experience implementing both Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.
Have experience with industry-standard project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Responsible for developing team dynamics, morale, and motivation while building a culture where all members and points of view are respected.
Basic Qualifications: 7+ years of technical project management experience working directly with engineers.
Experience in Agile software development with expertise in Scrum methodology and practices.
Working knowledge of modern program management, analysis, tracking, and reporting tools such as Jira/Confluence, Airtable, G-Suite (Google: Docs, Sheets, Slides), and MS Office.
Extensive knowledge and experience with the software development lifecycle.
Bachelor’s degree.
Experience in software and internal tooling technology.
