We're seeking a strategic and data-driven Digital Marketing Director to join our team to lead our consumer-facing efforts. As our Digital Marketing Director, you'll spearhead our digital marketing efforts, specifically focusing on paid channels, to set ambitious growth targets and devise a comprehensive go-to-market strategy.
The Digital Marketing Director will report to the Director of Growth.
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our app.
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing channels including paid media, paid search, paid social, SEO/SEM, ASO, and more.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other facets of the marketing team (Influencer, Content, Social Media) to inform strategic decision-making.
Build and lead the digital marketing team.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, continuously optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to integrate digital marketing into broader marketing initiatives.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently to drive results.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
~8-10 years of experience in digital marketing
~3 years of management experience, with experience in managing digital marketers.
~ Proven track record of success in digital marketing roles, preferably within the B2C space and with experience in app or tech company marketing.
~ Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
~ In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, channels, and best practices.
