You will utilize your nursing care process and provide a culturally competent continuum of care in various settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and community settings. Your responsibilities will include assessing patients, creating a plan of care, implementing interventions, and evaluating the effectiveness of the interventions. You will also oversee the coordination of the interdisciplinary plan of care and ensure its consistency with the medical treatment plan.
