Call Center Representative/Office Services Part-Time

Call Center, Receptionist, or Dealership experience helpful but not required. Primarily responsible for answering all Inbound Service Calls for multiple Hendrick Dealerships. scheduling Service Appointments, answer basic manufacturer warranty coverage questions, and make some outbound calls for Service Reminders and Customer Retention. Part time availability 25-30 hours a week, 5 days a week. Shifts available are 8am-2pm, 10am-4pm and 12pm-6pm M-F. 1 Saturday a month 9am-3pm. No evenings after 6pm. Closed on Sundays.
17 per hour plus Bonus on scheduled Appointments and Outbound Calls.
Potential to move to Full Time in the future.
Answer all incoming phone calls according to a proven, pre-set script, and schedule a service appointment.
Post scheduled appointments in tracking software.
Follow-up with service department to determine if the appointment was kept and what the outcome was. Maintain and update customer changes in database.
Respond to customer website request (internet inquiries).
Contact internet clients via e-mail and phone to schedule a sales or service appointment.
Notify necessary departments to inform of appointments set. 
Participates in required training
Complies with Company policies and procedures
Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.

Previous customer service and/or business development experience. Computer Skills:
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Intermediate ability and knowledge of Dealership Management System and additional software programs to support operations.
Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
Work includes movement around dealership facilities.
