For methodology, please see Responsibilities: • Help clients reach their financial goals using a hands-on approach to developing customized, long-term strategies that meet their needs • Join our intensive, six-month Associate Partner Training Program to further your business acumen and expertise while working toward a management position • Present potential solutions using a comprehensive array of our financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds • Recruit and develop your own team of financial professionals as an Associate Partner • Become an associate partner on the management team after successfully completing all program requirements Qualifications: • Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and seeking a rewarding and challenging career • Knowledge of cultural markets a plus • Must have financial services industry and/or insurance industry experience • Experience working in sales is required • Spanish, Portuguese, or other language fluency is beneficial Your Transition to a Field Manager RoleAfter meeting specific requirements for the first 12 months as a financial professional*, you’ll be equipped and empowered with a specialized six-month Associate Partner training program. We’ll help you to lead and build a team of financial professionals.
