USPAY is seeking a Client Support Representative to provide the highest level of customer service and professionalism. The Client Support Representative is expected to project a positive company image and experience through phone interaction. Representatives are also expected acquire and in-depth understanding of the merchant processing industry in order to better support client needs.

USPAY is the leader in the merchant services industry, provides cutting-edge credit card processing solutions to more than 25,000 healthcare practices throughout the United States. Typical clients include doctors, hospital, surgeons, long-term care, senior living, pharmacy, dental, vet, etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with navigating our website, statements, contracts, orders, and billing inquiries.
- Follow communications procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Answer incoming customer inquiries with the highest level of professionalism.
- Work closely with other internal departments to understand and ensure the proper course of action is taken.
- Monitor processes, track case and task process through CRM software.
- Other duties as needed.

**Skills/qualifications**:

- Strong phone and customer service expertise.
- Outgoing personality / excellent interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in fast -paced and demanding environments.
- Incredible attention to detail.
- Must be computer savvy with a working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Determination / eagerness to master our systems and processes.
- Friendly and enthusiastic personality.
- Must be self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- 1 year of experience in sales, support, or account management role preferred.
