Senior Director of US Pharma Partnerships

Remote, United States - Full-Time

About the Role

As the Senior Director of US Pharma Partnerships , your primary goal is to drive the success of our Pharma Partnerships and oversee the implementation of our solutions in the US market. This will involve close collaboration with multiple Top 10 Pharma Partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end partnership success including developing account growth strategy, building relationships with key stakeholders, providing input into contracting, and working to achieve and exceed account KPI’s.
  • Be an expert in successfully launching our digital solutions in partnership with leading Pharma companies, contributing to our commercial target of growing and scaling these relationships by building an industry-leading user base. This requires a deep understanding of omni-channel strategies, HCP marketing/education tactics, as well as DTC marketing in healthcare, and involves pioneering the Sidekick Health distribution and user acquisition strategy.
  • Define the program specific distribution strategy in collaboration with the Pharma Partner. This includes consulting our partners on a successful launch strategy, leading the implementation of the Sidekick Health activities in co-creation with our product distribution & marketing team.
  • Manage all internal interactions pertaining to account activity, such as product, marketing, medical, compliance, finance, and business development, to ensure efficient resource allocation for executing the account plan within budget constraints.
  • Frequently engage with key stakeholders, such as pharma execs, HCP’s, hospital/clinic administration, etc) to drive growth of our product within the partnership.

About You

  • You are a highly results-driven and solution-oriented person.
  • You have 7+ years of digital health product launch and scaling experience working with pharmaceutical companies to bring digital solutions to HCP’s, hospitals, and patients in the US.
  • You have a deep understanding of the needs and roles of the multiple stakeholders in the US healthcare space, like Patients, Health Care Providers, Nurses, Pharmacists, Pharma Companies, and Payers.
  • You are highly capable of developing a successful distribution strategy with our Pharma Partners in the US.
  • You have a passion for product launches with patient impact.
  • You can navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced scale-up environment and prioritize based on business context and impact.
  • You have good knowledge and experience of the legal and compliance environment for healthcare and digital health in the US
  • You are a strong collaborator with clear and effective communication skills across all types of group settings.
  • You have curiosity and desire to learn, not requiring constant input but being a rather independent worker.
