The Crewing Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that vessels are manned with qualified and competent crew members in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Develop and manage crew schedules, ensuring that vessels are adequately staffed and that crew rotations are executed efficiently.
* Handle crew changes, leave requests, and emergency replacements as needed.
* Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new crew members.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of crew certifications, licenses, medical examinations, and other relevant documentation.
* Ensure adherence to international maritime regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
* Act as the primary point of contact between the company and crew members, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
* Organize travel arrangements for crew members, including transportation, accommodation, and visa requirements.
* Process crew payroll, maintain accurate records of hours worked, and handle any payroll-related queries.
* Ensure that crew members receive required training and certification updates as needed.
* Prepare and submit regular reports on crew staffing, scheduling, and other relevant metrics to management.
