Full-time Hourly Position with benefits. Working out of our Clyde Hotel.

Position Purpose: The Banquet Captain is responsible for supporting the Kitchen Leadership in making sure that banquet operations run smoothly by supporting a culture of service within the team for the front line interfacing with guests. The Banquet Captain is an essential support to the Front of House team in creating unforgettable dining experiences for guests.
Server, Bartender, Busser, Food Runner for Banquet Services when on shift

Maintain a proper flow of service and FOH staffing levels during shift.
Maintain strong focus on the guest experience and base all of your decision making around making our guests happy, especially when resolving complaints.
High school diploma or equivalent experience/training. A post-high school degree, Hospitality preferred; 2 years of food & beverage supervision/lead or equivalent combination of education and experience; luxury branded hospitality experience preferred.
~ Valid New Mexico Food Handler Certification, and Alcohol Server Certification.
~ Knowledge of Restaurant Point of Sale systems.
