Client Relationship Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Develop insights into client operations to effectively tailor solutions. Oversee the implementation of best practices, processes, and tools to optimize service delivery. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related required. 10+ years of experience in business development, sales or client management with a proven track record of success.
Experience in managing employees embedded at customer sites is highly desirable.
Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to travel 50%-75%.
