Director of CRE Sales & Operations

As the Director of Commercial Real Estate Sales & Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our commercial real estate division. You will be responsible for overseeing and leading all aspects of commercial real estate sales and operations, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets, providing ongoing training to agents, and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction. While you will be assisting and mentoring our commercial real estate agents through the prospecting and transaction process, you will not participate in any commissions as this is a non-competing role. Extensive knowledge of commercial real estate financial analysis and solid understanding of contracts is essential for success in this role.
Sales Leadership:
Develop and implement effective commercial real estate sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Provide leadership and guidance to the commercial real estate sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the commercial real estate division, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Training of Agents:
Design and implement training programs for commercial real estate agents to enhance their skills, industry knowledge, and client service.
Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to ensure the professional development of the sales team.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the commercial real estate market.
Financial Management:
Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage budgets for the commercial real estate division.
Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve financial goals.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field; Proven track record of success in commercial real estate sales and operations.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
In-depth knowledge of the commercial real estate market and industry trends.
Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
Extensive knowledge of commercial real estate contracts and legal requirements.
Active California Real Estate Salesperson license
