Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline (preferably Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or Physics) with a minimum of 8 years of related work experience. Experience in radar threat analysis and EW technique development/analysis. Experience in verification and validation of system and/or subsystem requirements. Experienced presenter preparing and presenting reports and briefings both orally and written. Experienced with leading peers and team members during test phases. Flight Test experience Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Qualifications We Prefer: Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (Cameo Enterprise Architecture), specifically using SysML. RF experience and knowledge of microwave modules Experience with Special Test Equipment and Modeling and Simulation. Experience working in an Agile development environment. Experience with DevSecOps delivery pipelines and software development principals Experience with tools such as Matlab/Simulink, DOORS, DNG, Cameo, Jira, and Confluence Earned Value Management / Cost Account Management experience. Experience leading STE development (and prime hardware) test activities. Experience with security requirements related to government testing.
