Accounting Clerk – Titan Disposal Co., Inc. Join Titan Resources for an experienced Accounting Clerk role in Pasadena, CA. The Accounting Clerk, under supervision, is primarily responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, processing payroll, and bank reconciliation. Reconcile and accurately process timely accounts payable. Maintain accounts receivable ledger and review aging reports. Process electronic timesheets, weekly payroll and certified payrolls. Perform monthly bank reconciliations and variance analyses. Follow all monthly AR/AP cash closing procedures. Create monthly and quarterly financial reports. Maintain accurate accounting spreadsheets and records. Enter all financial and transaction data accurately into accounting software. Maintain related files and documentation for accounting processes. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a construction office. Proven track record performing financial accounting and reporting. Payroll experience; Certified Payroll Specialist is required. Proficiency in QuickBooks required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Experience with bank reconciliation, AR/AP and general ledger.
