Je adviseert en begeleidt klanten bij complexe financiële vraagstukken en strategische uitdagingen. Je hebt een duidelijke visie en ondernemersmentaliteit om de groei van onze accountancy-afdeling te stimuleren. Je hebt leiderschapservaring : je weet hoe je een team effectief aanstuurt, motiveert en coacht om zowel individueel als collectief succes te behalen. Persoonlijke kwaliteiten Je bent gedreven , ambitieus en blijft jezelf continu ontwikkelen. Je beschikt over teamspirit en de drive om onze reputatie als pragmatische en kwaliteitsgerichte dienstverlener verder te versterken.
