The United States Postal Service, USPS for short, is the largest federal establishment in the country. Among other things, a Front Desk Clerk must be good at managing time. Organization skills and being able to multitask are also important qualities of a front desk clerk. Postal clerks need to move between various duties while ensuring they meet a certain level of quality and customer satisfaction since this job involves many different responsibilities at once due to its dynamic nature.
