LakeHouse Three Rivers is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Office Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation and monitoring of all monthly billing and collection processes, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Oversee cash controls, including the depositing and posting of cash receipts, and implement and monitor controls over petty cash.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly invoices and the collection and recording of payments.
  • Process invoices and Pcard transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Oversee checkbook entries and balances, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Contribute to the compilation of information for weekly reports, providing valuable insights to management.
  • Coordinate the processing of payroll and employee benefits, as well as other personnel-related records.
  • Interface with residents on billing and collection issues, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of resident files, records, and reports.
  • Submit open positions on a weekly basis, ensuring timely communication with management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; associate's degree preferred.
  • One to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
