Overview Evergreen Innovation Group, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead a data center construction project at a site in Atlanta, GA. The role requires strong leadership, project control, and business management skills to deliver the project on time, within budget, and with high quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Lead day-to-day execution and project controls, including project engineering, cost, risk, and business management. Manage all project team members (Project, Senior Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Field Office Coordinators). Mentor, develop, and train team members for fast-paced growth. Act as the key point of contact with owner and architect. Challenge and support jobsite and self-perform work teams. Accountability for project completion and financials, critical success factors, and customer satisfaction results. Duties Understand and enthusiastic agreement with the vision and mission of EIG. Have 100% detailed, hands‑on knowledge of project scope. Perform cost control, billings, and collections for assigned project. Maintain strong engagement with owner and architect. Required Skills and Abilities Excellent listening and communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve complex issues. Ability to create and support team morale. Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (Prolog or similar), accounting cost management software (CMIC or similar), and scheduling software (Primavera or similar). A strong work ethic and a “do” attitude. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field. 5+ years of project management within electrical commercial construction. Experience with running multiple complex, highly technical projects preferably within core markets. Connectivity knowledge/experience required.
