Talntly is seeking an IT Service Desk/Desktop Technician for a healthcare client of ours in Brentwood, TN. The position will be a hybrid, 6 month contract to hire but you MUST be onsite everyday for the first 90 days. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of Service Desk experience and be very personable.

_*Job Responsibilities:*_

* Manage help desk tickets in a timely manner.
* Respond to customer issues via phone, email, and chat.
* Provide customer assistance to local and remote users.
* Documents support case interactions.
* Run diagnostic to resolve reported issues.
* Setup new computer hardware and install software.
* Onboarding and training new employees in computer systems.
* Follow-up with users to ensure issues are resolved.

_*Job Requirements:*_

* Proven experience with 3-5 years background as a help desk technician or other IT customer support role
* Experience in healthcare environment a plus
* Experience supporting remote/mobile workers
* Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* A strong working knowledge of computer system, hardware, software and mobile devices
* Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
* Experience with healthcare related security regulations and policy adherence
* Experience working with a helpdesk ticket tracking system
* Experience supporting Microsoft Office products including Office 365 and active directory
