Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process room reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including handling phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and services, as well as local attractions and events.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role, preferably in a front desk or guest services capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn hotel-specific software.
