Handles a l l admi n istrative func t ions including user ac c oun t maintenance , reports and dashboards , workflows, and o ther routine tasks.

Completes r e gular internal s y stem audits a n d prepares for u pgrades.

Works with o ur institu t ional management team t o establish suitable pro c esses to suppor t administra t ive, development , and change management ac t ivitie s .

Assists in training novice users and growing the Salesforce.com skill set a c ross t he organization.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIO N S:

Acts as t he liaison b etween our users, vendors, and the application d evelopment teams.

Works independently with m e mbers of t he user community t o define and document development requirements.

Assesses the impac t of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all ups t ream and d o wnstream applications, systems, and p r ocesses.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in any field combined with a minimum of four years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator; Computer Science degree preferred. E xperience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred.
Certified as a Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator with a strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality.
Strong data management abilities combined with a solid understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Typical noise levels for an open, cubicle-styled environment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS : This position requires periods of standing, walking, and the use of computer equipment. Additional physical demands include, but may not be limited to, talking or hearing, push/pull, stooping, kneeling, reaching w/hands and arms, and lifting at least 10 pounds.

WORK AUTHORIZATION: Authorization to work in the United States is required.
