Overview We do not require prior industry experience; our comprehensive training equips you to understand Orkin’s products and how to sell them across multiple industries.

You will drive sales, protect businesses, and build trusted relationships by recommending safe, effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Prioritize safety and uphold professionalism, integrity, and customer empathy. Serve as a problem solver for commercial customers, leveraging training to recommend the best solutions. Achieve sales goals through prospecting, marketing tools, and lead conversion. Conduct inspections of commercial properties and provide recommendations based on findings.

Prepare sales agreements using iPad tools and maintain organized records. Daily Tasks Post total daily sales and units sold. Check in with AMs to review CRM, lead progress, and contests. Ensure lead closure processes are followed.

Monitor GroupMe for minimum appointment counts. Coordinate technician referrals in both Miami territories. Maintain daily sales activity and personal sales expectations. Weekly Tasks Host sales meetings with new AMs and review training schedules.

Collaborate with AMs and Branch Managers to identify improvement areas. Provide field training and hands‑on support to AMs. Monthly Tasks Partner with Branch Managers to review each AM’s goals and performance. Develop action plans for AMs not meeting monthly objectives.

Conduct end‑of‑month performance reviews with the Region Sales Manager. We Offer Estimated first‑year earnings: $65,000 to $120,000 USD. Base salary plus uncapped commission. Company vehicle with gas card after training.

Qualifications

No experience required; sales experience preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license. Ability to obtain required pesticide license/certification (company paid).

Ability to work independently in the field and engage clients. Physical Demands / Working Conditions Use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity. Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
