Apply nowResponsibilitiesAs a Branch Sales Supervisor, youll be responsible for understanding Orkins products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries. Youll make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests, uphold quality and safety, and satisfy their regulatory standards. Youll solve problems and build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business.

Serve as an empathetic problem solver for commercial customers by utilizing the in-depth training provided to recommend the best innovative overall solution for each customer's needs. Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.

Utilizing marketing tools to drive new business development. Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the customers commercial propertydont worry, we teach you howMake recommendations to customers based on your inspection and issues identified by addressing any questions, explaining the solution, and setting expectations so they have peace of mind about their pest program. Use the iPad we provide to prepare sales agreements and help you stay organizedwe will provide training on this tooKey Responsibilities:Daily:Post daily total sales and units sold. Conduct check-ins with AMs to review BizSuites, CRM, lead progress, and region contests.

Ensure lead closure processes are followed and updated. Monitor GroupMe for a minimum of three appointments per AM. Coordinate with technicians regarding tech referrals in both Miami territories. Daily personal sales expectations including daily personal sales activity and sales expectations per day/week/month.

Weekly:Host sales meetings with new AMs and review training schedules. Collaborate with AMs and Branch Managers (BMs) to identify improvement areas. Provide field training and hands-on support to AMs. Monthly:Partner with Branch Managers to review each AMs goals and performance.

Develop action plans for AMs who are not meeting monthly objectives. Conduct end-of-month performance reviews with Region Sales Manager.
