Overview Account Executives are passionate about driving results and are essential to the seamless execution of marketing activities. As project managers, they anticipate every step of the process, from stakeholder involvement to task completion, ensuring flawless integration. Account Executives contribute to their client’s success through a deep understanding of the creative product, their role in its development, and knowledge of the client’s business and target audience. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to think strategically and creatively, and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. Core attributes of an Account Executive include being a Contributor, Solution-Oriented, and Idea-Oriented. Our office follows a hybrid schedule with three flexible in-office days per week. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required for the client. Key Responsibilities Account Management and Communication: Manage all aspects of the account’s foundation, including maintaining project documents and processes. Prepare for meetings and touchpoints by organizing materials, documentation, and details. Communicate project status to clients and internal teams with clarity and timeliness. Collaboration and Coordination: Build strong relationships across departments to facilitate smooth project progression. Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment on goals and deliverables. Strategic and Creative Insight: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the client’s business, including how assignments align with the brand scope and objectives. Provide strategic and creative input to ensure projects are on target and effective. Process and Budget Awareness: Possess in-depth knowledge of agency processes, including the time and resources needed to complete each stage. Monitor budgets and timelines, proactively addressing potential issues and implications. Key Requirements Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English. Multiple years of experience in advertising or a related field, with proven project & account management skills. Previous experience within pharmaceutical and/or financial accounts is a plus. Strong facilitation and presentation abilities. Solution-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency and resilience. Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
