Assist in client onboarding and associated paperwork processing on multiple platforms. Monitor client account activity, facilitate client funds transfers, confirm accounts allocated, generate, and reconcile quarterly performance reporting. Coordinate with Compliance on applicable matters, such as recordkeeping, and periodic testing of applicable policies and procedures (i.e., advisory contracts, client billing and reporting). Management of multiple Outlook calendars for a variety of advisors, assist with coordination of meetings.
