The CSC is responsible for maximizing the productivity of the veterinary medical team while fostering a welcoming environment for clients and their pets. This position emphasizes client education, financial management, and administrative support to enhance the overall experience and encourage client loyalty. Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team. Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and routing the flow of clients and pets. Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team through efficient operations. Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service at all times. Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventative care, and hospital services. Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet information entry. Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, and scheduling future appointments. Manage finances by maintaining accurate balances and following proper procedures. Conduct administrative functions as necessary. Perform other job duties as assigned.
