Position Available: Behavioral Health Consultant
Location: Salem, OR
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Consultant to join our team in Vancouver, WA. This role offers a highly competitive salary, flexible work schedule, and a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate will be a licensed clinician with relevant experience and a commitment to providing exceptional therapeutic services to children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and family therapy services to patients of all ages.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the needs of clients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to support client progress.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education.
Position Highlights:
- Flexible Schedule: Options for 4/10 or 5/8 work weeks; no on-call or weekend shifts.
- Competitive Salary: Annual salary range of $80,000 to $125,000, commensurate with experience and internal equity, with a guaranteed annual increase of 3-4%.

Qualifications:
- Must hold a current license as an LCSW, LCP, or LMFT.
- Must have completed all required clinical hours for licensure eligibility in Washington or Oregon.
