Overview Sales Executive - Personal Lines/ High Net Worth. World Insurance Associates is a financial services organization with a global network of brokers and specialists offering risk management, benefits programs, and retirement services. Primary Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities, focusing on High Net Worth and Private Client accounts, including affluent individuals, family offices, wealth managers, and key centers of influence Engage in all sales and marketing tactics (with extensive corporate marketing support) to move prospects through the funnel to closing Track all sales activities in HubSpot and leverage HubSpot to its fullest potential Utilize World’s broad platform to bring risk management solutions to individuals and business owners, including traditional commercial lines insurance, high net worth/private client, employee benefits, retirement financial services, and payroll/human resources outsourcing Qualifications Must have proven experience with a range of insurance solutions to bring value to clients Must be willing to become each client’s trusted risk management advisor and bring the entire World platform to each client (P&C, Employee Benefits, Retirement Plans, Wholesale, and Payroll and Human Resources outsourcing services) Must maintain all relevant insurance licenses from the first day of employment to be positioned to manage an existing book of business It is meaningful, but not mandatory, if you have: Sold commercial insurance for a top broker. World will enhance your expertise through its training program Used an insurance agency management software platform (e.g., AMS360, Epic) and have experience with a sales CRM (World uses HubSpot) Built and presented client pitch decks/presentations Compensation As a World Insurance Client Advisor, compensation is tied to effort and performance. We offer a base salary plus commissions and a full suite of employee benefits, including a 401(k) match that is immediately fully vested. The base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $200,000+, based on experience and ability to drive revenue. Your base salary can grow as your book of business grows, with potential to exceed the top of this range.
